40 DAYS OF LIFE
April 06 thru May 15, 2026
The 40 Days of Life will lead us to renew: our faith in Christ, our relationships with one another as His church, and our witness to Neighbors.
You’re invited to celebrate our Risen Lord with daily time in God’s Word & in worship of Him, a weekly meal with other believers, and Gospel conversations with those in need of Christ.
Daily Scripture readings and a playlist of church songs to encourage you as you read and pray during the 40 days are available below.
Once-a-week mealtimes are an appointment for Christian fellowship – you may dine-out with 1 or 2 friends or invite 1 or 2 families to a meal in your home.
A Gospel tract will be available on Resurrection Sunday to help you engage others in Gospel conversations over the 40 days.

Songs for Church
The songs included here are for Sunday morning and evening Worship, representing the kinds of songs we might sing as a congregation. A distinction is made between Songs for Church and the much larger list of songs for the Christian life – to be clear, there are many songs not included here that are good songs.
Some good songs are simply not written in the best range or rhythm for congregational singing, some good songs are better suited for concert venues than the church setting, and other good songs are published by music labels not committed to our Christian theology.
